Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including the Returns and Refund Policy outlined below.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any changes.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to:

  • a replacement or refund for a major failure

  • compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

  • have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.


Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • cancel or refuse any order

  • limit quantities purchased

  • correct pricing errors

  • refuse service where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive behaviour

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.


Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.


Shipping

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the goods have been delivered to the shipping carrier.


Change of Mind Returns

We may accept change-of-mind returns at our discretion subject to the conditions below.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return:

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Product must contain no scratches, marks, wear, installation, or damage

  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Restocking Fees

Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to the following restocking fees:

  • Orders up to $200 – $50 restocking fee

  • Orders over $200 – $100 restocking fee

Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Restocking fees do not apply where a refund or replacement is required under Australian Consumer Law for a product defect or major failure.


Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service

  • The customer remains responsible for the goods until they are received and inspected

If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs as required under Australian Consumer Law.


Inspection of Returned Products

All returned products will be inspected upon arrival.

If a product:

  • shows signs of use

  • contains scratches or marks

  • has been installed or modified

  • is missing packaging or components

we reserve the right to:

  • refuse the return, or

  • apply additional deductions where permitted by law.

Rejected returns may be sent back to the customer at their expense.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Refunds will be processed after returned goods have been received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear once processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to provide evidence of this policy, order confirmation, delivery records, and correspondence to the payment provider.

Where a chargeback is initiated for goods that were successfully delivered, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the goods or payment.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the product, as required under Australian Consumer Law.
